CROYDON is in for a cold weekend, if the weather forecasters are to be believed.
The snow is expected to stay away but rain is forecast and temperatures are likely to hover around 3 or 4 degrees throughout Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Snow had been forecast for the early hours of Friday but Croydon managed to escape the wintry showers seen in most of the rest of the UK.
