Crystal Palace target Rudy Gestede will be named in Blackburn Rovers' squad to face Swansea City in the FA Cup on Saturday.
That's the view of Rovers boss Gary Bowyer, who left the Benin international striker out of his plans last weekend against Wigan Athletic.
"There's no further developments as we speak, he goes into the squad for Saturday," the manager has been quoted.
"Unless anything changes before then he's focused on having an involvement against Swansea.
"It's not his fault that people don't meet the valuation of him by our owners, all he can do is get ready for the game.
"The owners have a valuation on where the player sits and until that's met, he won't be going anywhere."
Blackburn want £6m for the striker, who has scored 12 goals so far this season. Palace are understood to have had a £3.5m bid rejected.
