THE family of a Croydon bar worker not seen since New Year's Eve are increasingly concerned about his whereabouts.
Lucas Leonelli, 18, lives in Shirley and was last seen in Croydon High Street on December 31 by a girl he worked with in Yates's.
He has since been reported missing to the police and relatives have set up a Facebook page to appeal for information.
Lucas, who is from Brazil, lost his mobile phone on December 29, a statement on the website says.
He has a strong Brazilian accent, sometimes wears thick black-rimmed glasses and speaks fluent English. He plays the guitar.
According to his family Lucas, who came to the UK in April 2014, only knows the Croydon area so his family believe he is somewhere nearby.
Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the Metropolitan Police on 101 quoting reference 8799 and January 1.
