Crystal Palace right-back Jack Hunt is understood to be on his way to Nottingham Forest on loan.
Forest currently have a defensive crisis and have moved quickly to enquire about taking Hunt from Palace.
The former Huddersfield Town man spent time on loan at Barnsley last season after an ankle injury picked up last summer.
