Crystal Palace midfielder Jose Campana looks set to depart Selhurst Park for Sampdoria.
The former Sevilla man has only been in England for a year but has struggled to adapt to the Premier League.
Despite being a regular starter under Ian Holloway at the start of last season, he became out of favour and went on loan to German side Nurnberg.
Campana was with Palace for their pre-season training camp in Austria last week but it is believed both parties have now agreed to move on.
