TOM Ince is on the verge of being announced as Hull City player. The winger is understood to have agreed terms on Humberside and it's just a matter of time before it's confirmed. Ince spent the end of last season on loan at Crystal Palace, and despite Tony Pulis' wish to sign him permanently, the 22-year-old decided to explore other offers. Ince officially became a free agent last Tuesday after his previous contract at parent club Blackpool expired. However, Eagles co-chairman Steve Parish says any chance of a permanent move to Selhurst Park looks to have gone. He told the Advertiser: "I think they (Ince and his representatives) decided to move on. "The player has probably decided to move on and it looks like they're going to go somewhere else. "There had been some discussions but that one is going away from us."
