A MAN has been arrested in connection with the theft and arson of a mini-cab last Sunday.
The 38-year-old presented himself to police at a south London police station this morning.
The vehicle was found burned out in the Fox car park in Happy Valley.
Its driver told the Advertiser last week he had been attacked by two passengers in Tollers Lane before fleeing the car, in the early hours of June 15.
