A GUESTHOUSE landlord who allegedly stole a mobile phone from one of his tenants is wanted on warrant by police.
Mohammed Kassim Adam, 50, is alleged to have stolen the phone on November 23, 2013 when he was the landlord of the Beulah House Hotel, in Beulah Road, Thornton Heath.
Despite being aware a warrant had been issued for his arrest on January 9 this year, Adam has failed to surrender to police.
Despite extensive enquiries, officers have been unable to locate him.
He is from the Croydon area and has access to multiple addresses in the borough.
