A CAR crashed into a hair salon in South Norwood in the early hours of the morning.
Firefighters were called to reports a car had collided with Kin n Kes Klipperz, at the junction of Selhurst Road and Dagnall Park, at 00.06am today (Friday).
A photograph taken by David Wood, Labour's candidate for the Selhurst by-election, shows the car embedded in the front of the salon.
London Fire Brigade (LFB) sent two fire engines and a rescue unit from Croydon and Woodside stations to the scene.
The two people in the car had left the vehicle before firefighters arrived.
It is understood that no one was hurt during the incident.
LFB left the scene at 00.36am.
