A MAN in his twenties was stabbed in the leg in New Addington just before 1pm today.
Police were called to reports of a fight on Castle Hill Avenue at 12.50pm today. A man had been stabbed in his leg but a spokesman said th injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
London Ambulance Service (LAS) sent an ambulance crew, duty officer and London Air Ambulance to the incident
The man, reported to be in his twenties, was treated for stab wounds and taken as a priority to a south London hospital.
An LAS spokeswoman said the man was taken to hospital in an ambulance, not the air ambulance, but he was escorted by the air ambulance doctor.
No arrests have been made and police enquiries continue.
