A 13-YEAR-OLD boy is to appear in court accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on a path in Coulsdon.
The boy, from Banstead, Surrey, allegedly raped the girl on a bridle path off Woodmansterne Road,on the border of Croydon and Surrey, on March 5, 2014.
He is due to appear at Croydon Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Tuesday) and cannot be named for legal reasons.
