CRYSTAL Palace have parted company with boss Neil Warnock.
The news comes 24 hours after the Eagles' defeat to Southampton - which means Palace have won just one of their last 12 Premier League games.
Keith Millen will take charge of the team for the visit to QPR on Sunday and, most likely chairman Steve Parish has told the Advertiser, the New Year's Day trip to Aston Villa.
Warnock has only been in charge for four months, having returned to Palace for his second spell as manager after the sudden departure of Tony Pulis.
