PALACE boss Neil Warnock says Damien Delaney has "an outside chance" of featuring against Tottenham Hotspur next Saturday.
The centre-back limped off against Liverpool last weekend with a calf problem, and thankfully a scan has revealed it's not as bad as first feared.
Warnock looks set to play Brede Hangeland alongside Scott Dann at Swansea City on Saturday and is praying both come through it unscathed after losing Adrian Mariappa to injury too.
"It is better than we thought with Damien," said the boss. "The scan showed a Grade One tear in his calf, which could be a couple of weeks.
"He has an outside chance for Tottenham next Saturday but I would imagine definitely for the one after against Stoke City."
