The Shirley van driver, 29, will perform Bridge Over Troubled Water in front of a live audience.
Tonight's theme is number ones with Andrea Faustini performing Michael Jackson's Earth Song and Lauren Platt taking on Britney Spears' Toxic.
Bridge Over Troubled Water was a hit for Simon & Garfunkel in 1970.
