SOUTH Norwood basketball superstar Luol Deng will have some big shoes to fill next season after signing for Miami Heat.
The NBA star joined the Heat last week and replaces one of basketball's all-time greats, LeBron James, who left to join the Cleveland Cavaliers earlier this month.
Deng tweeted to confirm the deal: "It's official. I'm really looking forward to this new chapter with a special organization.
"I'm excited to have an opportunity to play here and contribute to the culture of success. Thank you to all the fans that have supported me and the new ones welcoming me to Miami."
Deng's season will get underway with the Heat in October. He captained Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics.
