CRYSTAL Palace legends John Salako and Geoff Thomas cycled from London to the city of love to raise money for leukaemia research last week.
The two former Eagles and England midfielders departed from Greenwich Park on Thursday (June 19) and arrived on Sunday in Paris after a 500km bike ride. They were joined by more than 200 other cyclists, and were raising funds for blood cancer charity Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.
Former Palace captain and Advertiser columnist Thomas was diagnosed with leukaemia 11 years ago and now raises awareness about the disease across the country.
