A woman from Croydon has been charged with the attempted robbery of a vulnerable victim in Queen's Gardens yesterday (June 29).
She was arrested along with another man yesterday after police were alerted to the incident by members of the public.
The suspects are accused of trying to make the vulnerable victim draw money out from a cash machine.
Stacey Lewis, 36, of Lansdowne Road, and Robert Egan, 27, of Leatherhead in Surrey, have been charged with attempted robbery and have been remanded to appear at Croydon Magistrates' Court tomorrow (July 1).
