CRYSTAL Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni is expected to sit out of this afternoon's game at Fulham. The Advertiser has been told that the number one and player of the season will stand aside so that boss Tony Pulis can possibly take a look at Wayne Hennessey in action in the top flight. Speroni is out of contract next month and talks to extend his stay at Selhurst Park are expected to begin next week. Hennessey was signed in the January transfer window from Wolverhampton Wanderers but has been unable to take Speroni's place in goal after a number of fine performances. Indeed, the Argentine may have played his last game for the Eagles but it is understood he is willing to sign a new deal. We await official team confirmation shortly at Craven Cottage.
