CRYSTAL Palace boss Tony Pulis has revealed the Eagles are not interested in signing Jordan Rhodes.
The Scottish international striker has been linked in recent weeks ahead of the January transfer window, but when asked in his pre-match press conference on Thursday, Pulis quashed all talk.
"He's out of our price range", said the boss.
"We'll get linked with every Tom, Dick and Harry from now until the window closes, I should imagine, but the answer is no."
And he hinted he will wait to see what the progress of last season top goalscorer Glenn Murray is before making a decision on adding to that department.
"It will be like signing a new player (when Glenn Murray returns)," Pulis added.
Rhodes has been in good form for Blackburn Rovers so far this season with 11 goals and could command a fee of up to £8m.
However, that is a price way out of Palace's range, and it is thought Pulis is after Stoke City forward Peter Crouch instead.
