CRYSTAL Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni carries out a number of different techniques in training every day, but it's doubtful he would take part in what a group of football fanatics in Slovenia have come up with.
In the following video, they practice firing footballs at a goalkeeper with makeshift cannons.
As you will see, the first shot is an easy save – but then the second one takes things up a notch.
As one of the men light the second cannon, it blasts past the goalkeeper and nearly rips a hole in the net.
And then the person in between the sticks decides enough is enough and misses the third try.
Of course, if the goal was a bit further back, the goalkeeper may have a chance of saving, but at the distance it currently is in the video, it would certainly sharpen up any custodian's reflexes.
