A MAN has admitted exposing himself to a 16-year-old girl on a train. Mark Ferguson, 48, flashed the teenager on a train at West Croydon station on October 22. Ferguson, of Edmeston Road, Hackney, appeared at Croydon Crown Court last Friday and admitted indecent exposure and breaching a sexual offences prevention order made in August 2008. The court had previously been told that Ferguson deliberately "targeted" the teenager, asking her where the Victoria-bound train was heading before exposing himself. Ferguson, originally from the United States, will be sentenced on January 17. He was released on bail, the conditions of which were that he must reside at his home address; not travel on public transport including bus, train or tram; and report to Stoke Newington police station five days a week.
