ROUGH Copy earned glowing praise from the X Factor judges for their two performances in last night's semi-final.
The boys first sang Destiny's Child track Survivor before giving their version of Elton John's Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word.
Nicole Scherzinger told them: "Pack your back packs because you deserve to be in the finals.
"That was beautiful and understated and together you have the chemistry and the fire and I'm so proud of you."
Louis Walsh was equally thrilled, saying: "This is what I love about you, you have the harmonies and I hope you make it through to the final as on that you deserve to."
Sharon Osbourne compared Rough Copy to Boyz II Men, telling them: "You three men were naked, no backpacks, no glamour, none of that stuff and you nailed it.
"It was like I thought you were Boyz II Men, I loved it, it was fantastic and I applaud you."
Mentor Gary Barlow said: "It's an important week for us because in the history of X Factor the groups who make it to the final go on to do incredibly well and I would love to see you guys have a journey like that, so good luck."
The fate of Rough Copy is now in the hands of the voting public. To back the boys call 090 20 50 51 04 from a landline or 6 50 51 04 from a mobile.
