Police are hunting for a man suspected of beating up a customer at a kebab shop in Purley.
The suspect left a 33-year-old man with head injuries and fractured his jaw in the early hours of September 29 at a fast food joint in High Steet.
Although Croydon CID have investigated the case for more than a month, they have been unable to identify the suspect and have released a CCTV image of a man they want to identify in connection with the incident.
Detective Constable Lucy Brookshaw, who is leading the investigation, said: "This was a violent assault that left the victim with serious injuries, which are still impacting on him.
"We would urge anyone who thinks they recognise this person to get in via Crimestoppers so that we can progress with our enquiries."
