AFTER four weeks of twists and turns, fluctuating bookies odds and endless speculation, Crystal Palace are now Crystal Pulis.
But, in the lead up to Tony Pulis' appointment, plenty of names were linked with succeeding Ian Holoway in the Selhurst Park dugout.
