A TEENAGER stabbed on a bus in West Croydon is in a stable condition in hospital.
The boy, 18, was stabbed on the top floor of a number 60 bus travelling along London Road at 4.10pm on Friday.
Police were called and the bus was stopped at the junction with Broad Green Avenue. It had been heading towards Croydon town centre.
The Air Ambulance was sent to the scene and the teenager was taken, by road, to a south London hospital where he is in a stable condition.
Police are appealing for anyone who was travelling on the bus between 4pm and 4.20pm to come forward.
No arrests have been made.
